» Q- I registered for an event, will I start getting emails from Teal Tea?
A- If you have not signed up for our newsletters on the website or at an event you will not receive emails from Teal Tea even if you registered for an event. The only exception is if we need to communicate specific information about the event you registered for that affects your registration, such as a change in date, time or venue, etc. We do, of course, respectfully encourage you to register for our email list to stay informed about all the wonderful things Teal Tea participates in throughout the year.

» Q- Why do I need to provide an email address with my event registration?
A- Emails are required for event registrations solely to provide us a way to contact you if we have any questions or if there is a change in the event we need to communicate.

» Q- I registered for a Teal Tea event but I didn’t get a ticket?
A- Teal Tea does not issue tickets for our events. When you arrive at our event you should report to the registration table for check-in; they will direct you and answer any other questions you may have.

» Q- Where does my donation go?
A- Teal Tea is 100% supported by volunteers and therefore have very little administrative costs. You can be assured almost 100% of your donation directly goes to financial support for research, education and direct support to women undergoing treatment for ovarian cancer.

» Q- I want to make a donation but I don’t want to use my credit card?
A- We thank you for your support, checks can be mailed to Teal Tea Foundation, PO Box 6645, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648

» Q- How do we apply for Give Women A Lift?
A- Requests must be made by case workers, social workers or patient coordinators working at hospitals, clinics or not-for-profit health care organizations. If you or anyone you know has a need, please email ginasapnar@gmail.com

» Q- How can I volunteer?
A- Teal Tea has many opportunities for volunteers based on your availability. Please email tealteainfo@gmail.com with your name and contact information. If you are interested in performing a specific service please include that as well. Currently we are looking for blog contributors, card makers, event support, executive committee members, 5K race committee members, and more.

» Q- Do you have a PowerPoint presentation on Ovarian Cancer Awareness to share?
A- At this time there is not a Teal Tea Foundation presentation. Please visit our “Resources” webpage for available information.

» Q- My high school student needs service hours, can they help Teal Tea?
A- Yes! Teal Tea welcomes our high schoolers and will work with them based on their availability and interest. We often have special projects that high school students can work on at their convenience as well as event support and more. Please email tealteainfo@gmail.com with your name and contact information.

» Q- Do you accept handmade cards for F.I.G.H.T.?
A- Yes! Card makers are welcome to donate cheery inspirational cards for the F.I.G.H.T. committee member’s outreach. Or better yet, become a F.I.G.H.T. volunteer! Card makers interested in donating cards should email tealteainfo@gmail.com for specifications.

A- NO. Teal Tea does not share contacts with any other charitable organization, marketing company or other business.
